What should I do if my order does not arrive within the specified time?
If you have not received the order within the indicative delivery time, it is best to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. If you still have not received your order, please go to “Contact Information” at the bottom left of this site to contact us. Do not forget to mention your order number. For orders outside the EU: please note that there is a small chance of delay at customs. We have no control over this. If you go to "My Account" and then to "My orders" you can view the current status of your order 24 hours a day.
