Description
Paprika powder is used as a seasoning in both hot and cold dishes. Dishes in which paprika powder is processed are sauces, salads, soups, chicken, meat and fish dishes, and in certain types of vegetables (such as cabbage, cauliflower) and many Mexican dishes. Paprika powder has a slightly spicy and smoky taste.
The powder is also an ingredient in certain spice mixtures such as chili powder, Cajun spices, and Mexican spices. Paprika powder is a very versatile spice.
